With its special requirements, highs and lows, competitive sport is a special kind of school of life. Through my experiences and my personal history in ski jumping, with many successes but also setbacks, I now have a differentiated perspective on topics such as success, motivation and resilience. There are parallels to this in a variety of other contexts. I am very happy to share these experiences!
